About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Analyst to join our team. you will be responsible for supporting end users, maintaining and optimizing our own and our clients network infrastructure. This includes monitoring IT infrastructure performance using NMS tools, troubleshooting issues, taking part in change management, provisioning new hardware for deploying by the engineering team and other standard duties.
Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot IT issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems as escalated from our 24x7 service desk teams (L1/L2) (during business hours).
· Installing, and servicing systems from multiple vendors, which include hardware, software, networking products, and operating systems.
· Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure functional integration of network infrastructure with other IT systems.
. Document configuration changes to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards in our ITSM platform.
· Manage service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA framework and agreed KPI's
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team as this is a hybrid role.
· Willingness to travel (intrastate, interstate) from time to time to assist with project deployments.
About You:
· At least 2 years of experience in Network and Systems support.
· Good knowledge of network protocols, technologies covering switching, wireless, routing, VLAN's etc.
· Experience with monitoring tools and techniques
· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Be ITIL foundation trained.
· Good technical documentation skills including network diagrams (Visio, word and excel).
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Relevant industry certifications are preferred

Other Information
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of local experience as an IT Support Technician, hold permanent residency in Australia, and possess a full driver's license. Background checks are required as part of the onboarding process and are repeated annually as part of the internal GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) process.
