- 6-month+ Contact Position with Managed Services and System Integration provider supporting our Enterprise Customers
- Manufacturing, Mining and Utilities Sectors
- Supportive and dynamic environment working with high performing and talented Network Engineering teams
- Based in Sydney metro and CBD working on customer site, 5 days a week standard full time hours
Key Responsibilities, include a mix of the following based on the end client engagement:
- Infrastructure Management: Support of the day-to-day administration of Server, Network, and Storage infrastructure, including maintenance, installation, configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Availability and Performance: Ensure that systems are available and perform at optimal level to meet the needs of our organization.
- Data Security: Work in collaboration with the Security Manager to implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard data and systems.
- Backup Management: Manage backup solutions to protect against data loss and facilitate disaster recovery.
- Team Collaboration: Be a valuable team player, collaborating with colleagues, and sharing your expertise to achieve collective goals.
- Customer Service: Uphold the highest standards of customer service, providing support to both internal and external users. Their satisfaction is priority.
Technical skills:
We are seeking an innovative and skilled Network Engineer with a deep understanding of the following technologies and platforms:
- Python and Ansible programming skills
- Cisco Networks
- Juniper Networks
- Palo Alto Firewalls
