We have an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist to join our team. At Neurological Rehabilitation Group (NRG), we are an energetic and versatile team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, allied health assistants and administrative staff working together to deliver outstanding services in an environment where patients and families feel welcome, safe and in expert hands. We are looking for someone who has neurological experience that can come in and pick up a caseload, supervise students, and take advantage of the clinical growth opportunities we have on offer for our more senior staff.
What we do:
We provide an individualized, person-centered service to a range of neurological and vestibular clients and we are leaders in the field on concussion management which falls within the thriving vestibular service. Our primary location is in Mount Waverley with purpose built rooms in both Mount Waverley and Ivanhoe and consulting rooms in St Kilda. We treat in a large open gym where we create a feeling of community among staff and clients and take pride in assisting them to achieve their goals and functional potential. We offer a large range of services with the opportunity for clinicians to upskill in these areas if interested:
- Specialty clinics: Posture and Seating clinic, Orthotics clinic, Spasticity management clinic
- Serial and functional casting
- Hands on treatment and access to Bobath trained therapists
- Group exercise classes including: Ataxia group, Running group, Parkinson’s group, Balance Group, Fitness Class, Pilates class.
- Vestibular and Concussion service
- Parkinson’s Disease specific management
- Neurological Pilates
- Hydrotherapy
