⚕️ Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care, assessment, and support to residents in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary team.
- Administer medications, monitor resident health, and maintain accurate medical records to ensure the well-being of our residents.
- Promote a collaborative approach to patient care and the work environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of our care practices.
✅Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Proven experience in aged care nursing, with a genuine passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of clinical practice and resident-centered care.
