This established allied health organisation has recently open the doors to it's second clinic which is located on a farm site near Gumdale, and are seeking a passionate New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join their growing team. 

All levels of experience encouraged to apply - part time and full time roles available!

• Prewritten programs to support group therapy sessions and take the stress out of planning! (i.e. art expression groups, school readiness groups, neuro feedback, interactive metronome)

Support provided:

This close-knit team offers lots of opportunities for professional development and support. Offering;

• Weekly supervision with clinicians with 10+ years of experience
• Gradual increase of caseload (starting with 8 clients across the week) 
• Monthly multidisciplinary training
• Fortnightly discipline specific team meetings/ trainings
• An uncapped professional development allowance
• 2 week comprehensive onboarding to learn procedures and processes

Your Role:You will provide individualised and group therapy using tailored and predesigned, intentional therapy programs that support clients needs. Using animals, nature play, a wide assortment of resources and facilities (i.e. ninja warrior gross motor course) specifically designed to support your clients, this role is perfect for Occupational Therapists who enjoy providing a playful and positive therapy experience to their clients!  

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
