About the role
As the New Car Retail Sales Consultant for National Capital Motors, you will take responsibility for facilitating New Car Retail Sales. As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for meeting and greeting New Vehicle customers; Provide professional advice and quality service to meet customer requirements; ensuring customers’ expectations are met. Plus importantly establishing and maintain working relationships with all staff and customers.
Successful candidates will be motivated, passionate about customers service, and be advocates of teamwork, respect, and workplace health and safety.
Required skills and experience
- Automotive industry experience ideal but not necessary
- Previous experience exceeding customer expectations within a retail sales environment
- Attention to detail and sound organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff and management.
- Well-developed telephone techniques
- Neat and professional appearance that reflects business and dealership standards.
- Current driver's license; manual preferable
