New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Motors, is Tasmania's largest multi-franchised automotive dealership group, with operations in Hobart, Launceston, Devonport and Burnie.

We are now part of the Eagers Automotive Group, one of the fastest growing, exciting and dynamic motor dealership groups in Australia employing over 8000 people. 

To support our growing business our Burnie Dealership is now actively looking to employ an experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the team.

Our preference is to secure the services of an experienced and proven Vehicle Sales Consultant; however, consideration will be given to applicants who are able to demonstrate a history of success in terms of achieving volume and profit targets, customer satisfaction targets, prospecting targets, and the ability to work within an established sale process. 

We will also consider candidates who simply have the desire to succeed in this industry and are able to demonstrate the personal qualities, energy and drive to succeed...sometimes it is more about the personal qualities... but you will need to stand out and be able to convince us.

To be successful in meeting the expectations of this role, you will need:

• High levels of customer orientation and desire to win by doing things the right way

• An unquestionable level of integrity
• Strong daily self-disciplines, a proactive mindset and ability to make things happen
• Strong attention to detail in both personal grooming and administrative tasks
• A current driver's licence

As we trade 6 days per week, with Saturday being our strongest trading day, applicants will be required to work some Saturdays.
