About You
Working closely with a highly regarded & leading Partner in the national Not-For-Profit, Human Rights and Social Impact team. Your role is to provide assistance on a range of advisory matters, such as tax endorsements, providing advice on fundraising, corporate and governance issues, as well as drafting constitutions, complex letters of advice.
About the Role
- Motivated Lawyer, with at least 3+ PQE
- A relevant law degree, with strong academics;
- Prior experience preferably in Not-For-Profit, Corporate, Tax, or Wills and Estates, coming from a reputable law firm; and
- Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
