Night Auditor
Want a career in Finance or Front Office but not sure where to start? A Night Auditor takes care of the hotel’s financial transactions and balances the books during the quietest time of the day – night time! Night work is not for everyone, but does have advantages – flexibility to do school drop off/pick up, availability to study and the freedom to choose how to spend your days.
On the job training will be provided, along with support to advance your knowledge with formal study or qualifications if you chose. This role is often underestimated and overlooked, however comes with a generous above industry award pay rate and special night benefits such as free parking.

- Conduct the hotel auditing process on a nightly basis
- Deliver luxury service to internal and external guests
- Respond to guest requests and assist with overnight hotel duties
- Perform administrative duties
- Process financial transactions and produce reports.
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Cash handling skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of hotel and financial security procedures and guest confidentiality
- Ability to use Property Management System software such as OPERA
- Competency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Finance team is advantageous.
