Night Auditors

We manage two hotels in Melbourne CBD. We are seeking for experienced and passionate Night Auditors to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies;

Verify that all EOD work has been performed by others;

Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay;

Answer phones and place reservations;

Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed;

Running audit reports from the system;

Auditing, and reconciling all revenue postings;

Controlling and securing cash, and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures;

Organizing, securing, and maintaining all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and math skills;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills;

Exceptional customer service skills;

Solid customer service skills;

Strong eye for details;

Experience in customer service or hospitality;

Ability to multitask;

Good problem-solving skills;

Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer;

Experience in a similar size operation required; hotel experience, preferred;

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Salary: $21.58 – $36.54 per hour
