About the role

This fantastic career opportunity offers the successful candidate a place within our closely-knit team with many avenues to grow and develop.

Your duties will include:

• Audit of daily income postings and charges.
• Balancing of transactions for the day for the hotel.
• Preparation of city ledgers for the Finance department.
• Daily shift reports
• Assisting both guests arriving and departing the hotel
• Liaising with guests during their stay to ensure they are satisfied
• Keeping up to date with current hotel promotions and events
• Ensuring all guest account details are correct and accurate
• Complying with brand standards
• Communicating with other departments to increase guest satisfaction

About You

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Front Office
• Be financially astute and have an eye for detail
• Experience in a similar role
• Passion for customer service
• Readiness to deliver the Radisson 'Yes I Can' service
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• 12 months reception experience
• Flexibility to work within a rotating roster
• Opera experience (preferred but not essential)
