About the role:
Reporting Head Concierge, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Concierge tasks at the buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring that the buildings Concierge service standards are maintained and resident's expectations are exceeded.
•Full time Night time concierge
•11pm to 7pm – Based at the Abian Building

About You:
•Your understanding of the role reflects the broad undertaking of the variety of responsibilities required to fulfil the duties of the buildings Concierge.
•A hands-on, proactive and resident focused approach. Acting as the face of the building you display at all times a warm and professional welcome to all residents and their guests.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your customer service skills really set you apart from your peers and you consider this attribute as one of your assets for the role.
•Excellent grooming and presentation. You take pride in yourself and the opportunity to represent the company in this interactive role.
•You respect punctuality, reliability, positive attitudes, integrity and ethical behaviour.
•Time management and organisational skills. You are able undertake the components of the role which include database maintenance, phone and intercom etiquette, security protocols, Work Health and Safety and some basic cleaning tasks.
•Availability to work afternoon, evening and or overnight shifts in a 24 hour/ 7 days per week residential building is a must.
