AddressBaldivis IGA is a national award winning store located in the Tuart Ridge estate of Baldivis. We have an exciting career opportunity for a passionate retailer to join our store management team. The position is full time and based on a five day roster.
Working as part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
- Significant grocery retail knowledge
- Experience essential in leading a large Nightfill team
- Ordering and cost control expertise
- Accurate staff rostering
- Passion and enthusiasm with a very “hands on” approach
- Unparalleled commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with both staff and management
- A flair for Merchandising
- Strong Leadership and delegation skills
- Ability to coach, train and performance manage staff
