Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxurious dining experience, and managing the restaurant team to deliver outstanding results. You will be tasked with maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and ambiance, while also driving revenue and profitability. In addition, this will include any administrational tasks required to achieve and maintain the above-mentioned standards and guest experience.You will be:

• A hands-on leader who drives guest experiences and relationships;
• Have a passion for food and beverage, with sound knowledge of wines and local food influences;
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to create innovative concepts for special events and promotional activities;
• Highly organised, you will ensure that we have an efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
• Aware of financial metrics and capable of driving & maintaining revenue whilst managing costs and payroll.

QualificationsThis role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with plenty of personality and a desire to offer the highest level of service to our guests.

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Supervisor in a luxury food and beverage outlet;
• Ability to multitask whilst ensuring exceptional attention to detail;
• Exceptional communication skills with a passion for leading and developing a team;
• Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service;
• High level of creativity and innovation with strong food and beverage knowledge;
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays;
• Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
