About Life Choices Foundation

The Life Choices Foundation is a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation delivering highly acclaimed programs to high schools and correctional centres nationwide. Our programs cover a range of topics including bullying, drugs and alcohol, road safety, peer pressure, social media and decision making. Due to growth within the organisation, we are looking to fill a new role.

About the Role

The School Program Coordinator will be a self-motivated, team player responsible for booking schools into our program tours throughout the year. They will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating program tours by booking schools annually, as well as expanding our program footprint into other schools
  • Maintaining strong, ongoing channels of communication with our team and 
  • internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist the Operations Manager with various admin tasks, as required
  • Work towards achievable KPIs and team targets
  • Maintain quality data and records in our CRM database
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our programs, the Foundation and our Purpose

About You

  • Be an agile, sales focused person, who has the ability to move quickly between urgent tasks and follow directions in a fast-paced environment
  • Be highly skilled in phone-based communication
  • Previous experience in sales (preferably B2B sales) would be an advantage
  • Show initiative and creativity in researching potential organisations that we could impact
  • Be driven by results and focused on outcomes
  • Ability to follow direction and be willing to work as part of a team, while also being resourceful enough to work independently
  • Have excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Solid experience with Google and Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in CRM software platforms, particularly Monday.com (preferred but not essential)

$55,000 to $60,000 pro-rata.
