Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 + Incentives + Super

The role
As a Novated Leasing Education Officer, you will play an integral part within the customer-facing education/sales team, and you will work closely with our client contract/engagement team to drive growth from existing and new clients (Not-for-profit companies, government and other sectors). You will be passionate and have a can-do attitude to develop and implement our customer education programmes face-to-face (clients' location).
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Previous experience in (or knowledge of) financial services, taxation, employee benefits programs and/or motor vehicles.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car and the ability to travel to Metro, Regional, and Interstate locations.
- Proven records and a strong background in field sales, customer education, sales or customer/client services, preferably with face-to-face experience.
- Proven experience in conducting 1:1 meetings with clients and customers in person and presenting product education sessions to small and medium-sized groups.
- Be able to nurture strong relationships with clients, customers clients and the Client Success/Client Relationship Management team.
- Passionate to engage with customers and work independently in a variety of environments, including healthcare and other industries.
The ideal candidate while having Novated Leasing experience is an advantage, will have an engaging personality, excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed. Your success will only be limited by your ambition.
