What You'll DoAs an
NRMA Driving instructor you will make a positive difference in the next generation of drivers through instructing with safety and customer care at the forefront of your service.You will be a community focused, self-starter, passionate about educating learners, and provide an exceptional standard of 1:1 driver training to both learners and experienced drivers.
QualificationsWhat You'll BringNRMA is committed to ensuring a safe and positive customer experience and is seeking staff who possess the following
- Currently operating under an ACN or ready to set up your own CAN ((Australian Company Number)
- Current Driving Instructor’s license
- Own dual-control vehicle
- Passion and dedication to help our learner drivers of today become safe and independent drivers
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to exude empathy and patience in all interactions
- Excellent communication with the ability to effectively engage with a broad spectrum of individuals spanning from differing levels of driving confidence to demographic
- Exceptional understanding and adherence to NSW road rules and regulations
- Effective diary management and a strong work ethic, able to tightly manage time and optimise schedule to service customers
