Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Roadside Patrol and Tow Truck Drivers. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to roadside assistance calls, providing mechanical support, and offering towing services to stranded motorists. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and provide support to drivers in need.
- Perform on-the-spot mechanical repairs and diagnostics to address vehicle issues efficiently.
- Safely tow vehicles to designated locations using TOW TRUCKs or other towing equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including vehicle information and services provided.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure positive interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service calls and optimize response times.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in roadside assistance, automotive repair, or towing preferred but not essential.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of local roads and geography is advantageous.
