About the role:
As the successful candidate, you will work as a Technologist in the Nuclear Medicine Department providing high quality Nuclear Medicine & PET service to patients and carers throughout the HNELHD. You will be required to work in both general Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT.
You will undergo a thorough structured training and orientation program. You will be supported by senior staff members of the team.
Where you'll be working:
You will work as a Technologist within the Hunter New England Imaging Team. You will be working in the Tamworth Imaging Department.

About you:
You should be equally comfortable working as part of a team and independently. You will have excellent communication skills with good attention to detail. You should have a good work ethic and be enthusiastic to learn.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science - Nuclear Medicine or equivalent qualifications recognised by AHPRA and current registration or be eligible for registration with AHPRA.
- Hold or be eligible to hold a current EPA radiation license (S14, IA16 or IA16D.).
- Willingness to participate in the general and on call roster to provide an adequate service to the hospital.
