Salary- Southern Adelaide Local Health Network - Noarlunga Hospital - SAPOM
- Salary $121,537 - $126,970 p.a. (pro rata) RN/M3 | Full Time, Until June 2024
- Providing an on-going liaison and support to hospital clinicians and managers in the portfolio;
- Monitoring waiting list targets and other measures to enhance waiting list management;
- Coordination and support for redesign initiatives to improve the patient journey.
- Provides operational advice on the achievement of Performance Goals and achievement of the SAPOM/SALHN Strategies.
- Actively monitors and manages Waiting Lists to ensure they remains up to date and supports the timely treatment of patients in line with their assigned clinical urgency category.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holds a current practicing certificate
- At least 3 years post registration experience
- Experience in the supervision of students, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses and or midwives.
- Demonstrated ability in leading and promoting consumer engagement initiatives
