We are seeking a Nurse Clinical Specialist with Child and Family Health expertise to join our vibrant team. This role provides specialized clinical outreach care to children under five and their families through the Healthy Under 5 Kids Partnering Families program. The program includes growth and development assessments, vaccinations, parenting support, and age-specific child health checks. The position also offers early interventions and education to improve children's health and well-being in a culturally appropriate manner.
The successful applicant will have:
- Current Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for same
- Graduate Certificate beyond entry-to-practice relevant to speciality area
- Experience driving a manual vehicle and be eligible to obtain a NT Drivers Licence
- Willingness to travel to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft on a regular basis and stay for up to a week as required.
