The Fraud Detection Officer is responsible for active and regular monitoring and reviewing of the Bank’s Fraud Detection tools and take appropriate action to mitigate risk to the Bank and our customers. He/She will manage all related functions on identification of incidents of fraud. To act as first point of contact for all customer and merchant fraud issues.       

 

In addition, the Fraud Detection officer will:

  • Ensure superior level of customer service is provided by interacting directly with our customers to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Ensure all services delivered comply with ANZ Group strategy, policies, processes and standards and with external regulatory requirements. 

 

Role Location: MDC 100 Building, Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City, Philippines

Shuttle Services provided for staff with pick up points in Cubao & Makati

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time (multiple opportunities) 

Shift Schedule: 24x7 Operations, must be open to rotating & shifting schedules. Hybrid Work Set-up (50/50)

  • Good Negotiation Skills – the Officer will often be required to discuss Bank decisions, policy and actions with customers and merchants
  • Experience in Fraud monitoring techniques
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Good investigative skills and Problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle and deal with difficult situations
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the successful fraud team environment.
