Our multidisciplinary team in the ACT has expanded in recent times with the addition of Psychologists and more Behaviour Support Practitioners, and we are now looking for additiional Occupational Therapists whose desire is to make a meaningful and rewarding impact for NDIS participants living in the ACT.

On a daily basis you will be:
- Managing an allocated caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants get more out of life
- Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
- Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independence
About you
- Experience in the NDIS as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
