Position Overview:
- Role: Occupational Therapist
- Location: Serving clients in Northern Melbourne
- Employment Type: Casual/Part-time

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and identify areas for intervention.
- Develop personalized treatment plans focused on improving clients' independence and participation in daily activities.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including caregivers and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to enhance understanding and promote self-management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in occupational therapy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
