Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping adults reintegrate into the workforce.
Your primary responsibilities will include, conducting a variety of assessments, such as Early Intervention Assessment (pre-claim), Workplace Assessment, Ergonomic Assessment, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessment, and Functional Capacity Evaluations. Additionally, you will be involved in medical case conferencing, case management, and mediation to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
Requirements:
- Valid registration with APHRA
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation preferred
- Possession of a driver's license
- Strong assessment skills, particularly in ADLs and case management
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible working arrangements: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home/community
- Generous $2000 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) budget
