About You

Motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist passionate about working with clients from NDIS, DVA, Life Insurers, Workers Compensation Insurers, CTP Insurers, and Employers.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration

• Australian Drivers License

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Comcare workplace rehabilitation provider accreditation (or eligible for)

• DVA rehabilitation provider accreditation (or eligible for)

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.

• Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and / or recovery.

• Conduct physical and functional assessments.

• Conduct ADL assessments.

• Prescribe home modifications and assistive technology to maximise function.
