About the Role
- Deliver Occupational Therapy clinical services utilising professional knowledge, clinical skills, judgement and problem-solving ability within a multidisciplinary team in a complex organisation in accordance with evidence-based practice, effective risk management, prescribed procedural, professional and ethical standards.
- Undertake and manage routine Occupational Therapy duties within established clinical protocols, with supervision.
- Work cooperatively and effectivity within designated teams and with patients, carers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure services are patient centred, integrated and improve patient care.
- Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within designated teams and the application of routine evidence-based practice under the guidance of a more senior clinician.
- Participate in the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that enhance occupational therapy services.
