With a dedicated team of three Occupational Therapists and supportive admin staff, they provide tailored, holistic care for individuals across the lifespan, from children to the elderly. Their services extend across South East, East, and North Melbourne, addressing both mental and physical health needs.
About the position:
This position offers an exceptional opportunity for either a new graduate or a more experienced Occupational Therapist to join a client-centered practice. The role is community-based, with a versatile mix of office work for report writing and the option for remote administrative tasks. The caseload is diverse, covering ages 3 to 80, primarily focusing on NDIS clients while also supporting home care package clients if you choose.
Key features include flexible work arrangements, tailored caseloads to suit your interest areas, and the potential to focus solely on adult or pediatric clients, or specialize in HCP work. Weekly office attendance for supervision ensures a collaborative and supportive team environment, with a focus on professional development and meeting individual client needs effectively.
