Occupational Therapist | North Perth

Providing services to anyone who is aiming to live a more independent life.  Delivering Occupational Therapy services to clients' homes or in other locations in the community such as at school or work - with clinics around North Perth. Work alongside a team of skilled and passionate allied health professionals, that has evolved into a leading provider of multi-disciplinary health services across Australia.

The Role

• Community/office-based around your location
• Work across the lifespan or with a caseload tailored to your area of clinical interest 
• Within your role, providing sensory assessments, home modifications, functional assessments, early childhood and paediatric services, mental health services, behavior support, home safety assessments, children, youth, and adult therapy services, medico-legal reporting, individual and group programs, treatment for neurological conditions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and necessary stakeholders of your clients 
• Work collaboratively within your multidisciplinary team to encourage a holistic approach

How you will be supported

• Work from the office 1 day per week

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full APHRA registration 
• Working With Children Check 
• National Police Check 
• Driver's license and own car
