The Role
- Provide Clinical OT services to NDIS participants
- Engage & support participants to optimise their lives & achieve positive outcomes
- Proactively manage a diverse caseload - option to specialise in your area/s of interest
- Perform Home, ADL & Functional Capacity Assessments
- Complete detailed notes & reports
- Collaborate with other team members
- Travel to visit clients around Ipswich & work from your home office. Referrals allocated as close to your home as possible
- Provide training & coaching as the team grows (for Senior OTs)
The Benefits
- Generous salary: $100-120K + Super, in line with your experience
- Bonus: Up to 10% of your base salary/year, based on your achievement of reasonable targets
- Travel: $7500/year travel allowance ($625 paid monthly)

Contractors
- Plenty of hours available - flexible & in line with your schedule
- Referrals are predominantly available in Ipswich & Northern Suburbs at present. Ability to build referrals in your local area over time
- $125-135/billable hour + GST, in line with experience

The Ideal Candidate
- AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist
- 1 year+ Clinical experience, including NDIS
- Focus on providing quality service & helping participants achieve positive outcomes
- Proactive & flexible, you thrive working independently & as part of a growing team
- Based in Ipswich, Logan/South, Brisbane or other nearby location
