Marsden Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Marsden Park, 2765. The successful candidate will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to NDIS, Private, HCP, DVA, and Medicare clients. They will work closely with a team of therapists, educators, and caregivers to help participants develop the skills they need to participate fully in their daily activities and reach their full potential.

The opportunity:
Undertake a split clinical and leadership role with OT and AHA direct reports and a varied paediatric caseload;
Provide evidence-based assessment and therapy including a variety of assessments, providing direct and indirect therapy, liaising with families, teachers, professionals and support staff;
Use your experience to develop and grow our multidisciplinary team to work together to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes;
Lead through supervision and professional development opportunities, assisting staff with time management and organisation, development and procurement of clinic materials, and collaboration with leaders within the clinic to develop and grow our therapy service;
Engage in service development, and programming and contribute to the professional development agenda and training program.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and full, current AHPRA registration;
- Experience as an OT or Senior OT in paediatrics;
- Desire to work with and support Junior therapists
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families to ensure that therapy is fun and engaging.
- A desire to work in a multi-disciplinary environment with other allied health professionals such as Speech Therapists and Psychologists;
