In this role, your duties will include:

• Conducting Occupational Therapy assessments, including assessments of activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment.
• Creating and implementing intervention programs that use occupation to enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
• Identifying obstacles and creating, executing, and supervising programs that assist individuals in achieving maximum work participation.
• Understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding programs and helping clients reach their wellness and recovery objectives.
• Collaborating with clients, family members, funding organizations, medical professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

What you will need:

• Qualifications: in Occupational Therapy and registration
• A passion for positively impacting people's lives in tangible ways and a willingness to continue learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness journey
• Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
• A current driver's license (must be eligible to obtain an Australian Driver's License) and access to own vehicle
