Offering therapy plans that are intentional and client focused, and responds to each clients interests and abilities. Facilitate fun experiences such as canoeing, hiking, kayaking & swimming! Assess sensory processing through outdoor gardening and mud play experiences!

Benefits of the Role:
- Above Award Salary; $100,000 - $120,000 + Super (depending on your experience)
- Low Billable hours; 3-4 Billable hours per day that factors in your leadership responsibilities
- Company car available for community visits
- Travel allowance for using your own car if you wish

- Conduct therapy with your clients in the outdoors!
- $1500 PD budget for external training in an area of your interest
- Option to be apart of the Kindy Uplift Program and travel interstate, working with children from different communities and backgrounds needing OT support
- Build long lasting relationships with colleagues, children and families
- Regular social events with the team
In addition to leading the team, you will also be working with a range of Paediatric NDIS and private clientele presenting with sensory processing and neurodiverse conditions.

- Weekly meetings with your director
- $1500 Professional Development Budget so you can continue to upskill in the areas that interest you
- Flexible working conditions; choose your start and finish times and tailor your working hours around your commitments
- Work a 9 day fortnight
- WFH options to complete admin tasks
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- 5 Year experience in the industry
- Paediatric experience & passion for paediatrics
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
