POSITION – ADMIN SUPPORT OFFICER
AEM is a Territory Proud, earthmoving & mechanical company, who are looking for an eager, career driven individual to join our Administration team.
Due to ongoing growth across our team, we have a newly created opportunity for an Office Admin Assistant to support the smooth operations of our day-to-day office in Humpty Doo. We are looking for someone with a passion for creating positive experiences and a drive for excellence in customer service. Prior experience desirable but not required. The applicant should have a willingness to learn new skills and work in a team environment. You will be provided with full training and ongoing mentoring from our amazing team.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Assisting with answering calls
- Greeting Clients
- General Office Administration duties
- Collection of Mail, Parts and additional adhoc duties required
- Strong commitment to following Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel & Outlook Email (Desirable)
- Drivers Licence (Manual preferred) (Desirable)
- Can do attitude, reliable, punctual and fit for duty
