We are a locally owned business servicing the pool industry around Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens and Lower Hunter. Our work is a little different to the standard Pool Business where-by we offer a bit more variety in what we do and the services we offer, this makes our business more exciting and provides diversity to our employees. We provide most of the training in-house and on the job however professional training and qualifications is on offer for the right person wanting a full qualification. We are a growing business with new opportunities awaiting our employees ongoing.
Qualifications & experience
- Working in a Team Environment
- Working Autonomously
- Computer Literate - Competent in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good Telephone Etiquette with Customers
- Xero experience desirable but not necessary
- Attention to detail - Data Entry
Tasks & responsibilities
- General Admin tasks (working alongside another Admin Team)
- Auditing Stock Levels and Purchasing
- Invoicing using Xero & Follow-Ups
- Quoting using Job Management Software (training provided)
- Booking & Scheduling Jobs
- Filing / Reconciling
- Liaising with Clients, Partners & Colleagues
