Office Administration Position
Permanent Full time Position with flexible working conditions
Alternatively Permanent Part time with flexible hours will be considered for right applicant
Hibbos Earthworks Solutions are a diverse family owned and run company working across Central West NSW.
The position would involve working with our branch managers, supervisors and company director to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office, systems and procedures.
Tasks would include;
-Filing of physical documents at our offices
-Record keeping of daily site diaries, projects and staff allocations
-Entering of invoices from suppliers using cloud based MYOB
-Preparation of weekly payroll
-Creation of Purchase orders and Invoices
-Record keeping of Maintenance, WHS, SWMS etc
-Responding to email and telephone enquiries
-Assisting senior staff with tasks as they arise
Skills that would be highly advantageous include;
-Previous use of MYOB, Apple, and familiarity with cloud based storage of documents
-Knowledge of Work Health and Safety and preparation of SWMS documents
-Payroll and Superannuation preparation and tracking of Expenses
-Use of Word Documents and Excel Spreadsheets
-Be a self starter who is able to work diligently unsupervised
-Preparation of Tender documents and use with online tendering platforms
