We are currently looking for an Office All Rounder to assist with with a range of tasks including customer service, accounts and logistics

Incorporated in Sydney in 2002, Now Careers is an Australian owned and operated recruitment specialist, providing technical, managerial and labour hire solutions to the building, construction, manufacturing and allied-health industries.
Now Careers is partnered with a specialist in the supply and manufacture of steel reinforcement to the building and construction industries, based in Western Sydney.
Due to consistent growth and a strong project pipeline for 2023, our client is steadily expanding and has an opportunity for an Office All Rounder to join the team.
About the role
Our client is specialises in the production of reinforced steel bar and mesh for projects in Sydney and NSW. Based in Western Sydney, your role will be to provide assistance and support to office staff where required and take ownership of the smooth running of day to day operations.
  • Answering and directing calls/emails to relevant department.
  • Data recording and entry.
  • Maintain kitchen and lunch area, ensuring amenities are re-stocked as required.
  • Assist with invoicing.
  • Filing and archiving invoices and paperwork
  • Checking zero, data entry and invoice daily report
  • Print and organise production tags and schedules.
  • Greet customers and suppliers.
  • Assist sales team.
  • Stock take and ordering.
  • Confirm and arrange deliveries.
  • Allocate deliveries
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
  • Previous experience working in a office worker role
  • Excellent Microsoft office experience
  • Excellent interpretation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Well presented and comfortable interacting with customers and suppliers.
  • Organised with a close attention to detail.
  • Forward thinking and methodical planner.
What we offer?
  • $65,000
  • Full-time position 6:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Supportive team environment
