FoodWorks Hallidays Point is a family owned and operated supermarket based on the Mid-North Coast of NSW. Over the last 15 years, it has become a much loved destination for locals and tourists alike, being renowned for great service, fresh produce and a local product offering.
We are now recruiting an Office Administrator/ Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Point of Sale, ticketing, office management, home deliveries, and staff training and on boarding.
Reporting to the store manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Management of Point of Sale and data integrity.
- Execution of weekly promotions and catalogue specials.
- Ticketing and marketing across the store.
- Team member recruitment, training & coaching.
- Phones, internet and email support.
- Stock control and shrinkage management.

About you and your skills
- This position is suited to someone with experience in supermarkets and/or retail stores.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with a point of sale system.
- Experience with input and management of data integrity.
