Our client, a long-term government contractor is seeking a permanent Office Manager/Corporate Receptionist to be based in their office in inner south suburb of Canberra.

Key Responsibilities:
- High level of customer service to external stakeholders
- Supervising other reception staff in offices Brisbane, Sydney, WA, and potentially Adelaide.
- Contributing to the standardisation of reception processes across all corporate offices to ensure consistency.
- Reviewing, amending, and writing policies to maintain compliance and best practices.
- Handling daily Reception duties and providing a warm welcome to VIP guests.
- Managing phone systems ensuring all phone calls are answered professionally.
- Visitors check in and management.
- Meeting room coordination and set up.
- Ensuring that mail and deliveries are sorted and distributed to office personnel.
- Monitoring of office supplies
- Cooperation and support with the Executive Assistant team
About You:
- Previous office management experience would be preferred.
- Immaculate and professional personal presentation and always maintain a professional conduct.
- Ability to review/amend/write policy and procedures.
- Excellent customer service and corporate stakeholder management skills.
- Have great interpersonal skills and well-developed communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Have great proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Is a team player, organised and efficient.
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must have or be able to pass a Government Baseline security clearance.
