Great opportunity to join the I-MED Radiology team as our Seymour Office Supervisor!
Reporting to the Area Office Manager, and working closely with other Office Supervisors, you will be responsible for managing the daily clerical staff workforce requirements.
Based in our Seymour clinic, you will provide professional and operational leadership to a team of 3 clerical staff members, ensuring efficient and friendly services to patients, customers, referrers, and the community, whilst achieving cost and productivity targets.
As the clinic's Office Supervisor, you will proactively manage the appointment schedule in collaboration with the sonographers and radiographers to maximise productivity. You are an experienced customer service focused professional with previous people management experience and the ability to enable and empower the administrative team to provide quality service for our patients.

Daily accountabilities will include:
Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services
Assisting the Area Office Manager plan and manage daily workforce requirements
Manage data and information accuracy in the clinic including invoicing and receipting
Provide clerical staff with ongoing and regular feedback, monitoring and coaching
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
To be successful in this role you will have:
Willingness to manage, coach and lead clerical / clinical staff
Ability to lead and drive the I-MED patient care and customer service standards
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing
Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands effectively
Confident with computers and IT systems
