We are looking for a full-time office/property manager assistant to help manage complex at Brisbane south.
This job is a permanent full-time position.
Qualifications & experience
Previous experience in real estate is preferable.
Well-presented and organised, able to plan ahead for the next task

Be reliable, motivated, and hardworking

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assist property manager with open home or arrange inspection for potential tenant/s.
2. Assist the property manager with prepare the lease.
3. Assist with routine/entry/exit inspections.
4. Arrange repair/maintenance.
5. Liaising with owners and suppliers for inventory replacement.
6. Coordinate exit cleaning with bond cleaners.
7. Organise events for the residents to build community relationships.
8. Liaising with company contractors to maintain the common area of the complex if needed.
9. Record keeping for all daily routine duties.
10. Liaising with landlords and monthly/quarterly newsletter for complex/property updates.
11. Work with other staff to ensure the smooth running of the business
12. Inventory/stock check and raise purchase order as necessary to ensure business operation.
13. Support the management team for the other complex in the company's portfolio when needed.
14. Attend meetings/seminars as required.
