ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER/ OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
This role requires for an ongoing assignment, the properties are all within a resort-style inner city complex of Brisbane. No Need to travel or use car.

- Willing to offer exceptional customer service both when seeing clients in the office and out greeting owners and tenants
- Good computer skills, use of Console Cloud would be an advantage
- Good level of initiative & existing Property Management knowledge
The Role:
- Schedule & execute routine inspections
- Processing applications if required
- Assistant with arranging repairs & maintenance
- Support the Property Managers with administrative duties as required
- Perform general reception tasks including call answering, handling email inquiries. Meeting walk-in customers & helping trade person with access to the buildings
