Hone your skills and develop new ones. take on big challenges and grow, through mentorship, collaboration, and empowerment.Thiess is the place to make things happen.About The RoleBased on site at Mount Pleasant Operation, the Senior Administration Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager & Senior Leadership team and actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment while communicating openly and honestly at all times. This role will be available as either a full time or part time option.Additionally, you will:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager and Senior Leadership Team
• Proactively coordinate and manage calendars, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Project Manager & Senior Leaders
• Prepare and distribute internal & external high-quality reports, presentations, and documents.
• Agenda & meeting preparation, preparing detailed and accurate minutes
• Proof reading & formatting documents
• Co-ordinate internal and external meetings - booking venues, ordering catering
• Tracking of, and assistance with site projects
• Organise events (site, offsite, promotional and community)
• Stakeholder engagement across projects
• Prepare and format client correspondence

About You

• You will hold a Certificate III or higher in business Administration or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Proficient with Microsoft office
• You are able to work collaboratively and manage relationships with others
• You adhere to the confidentiality of high-level information
