Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile Office/Sales/Admin All Rounder to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of our nursery operations, including office administration, sales support, and customer service. This role offers flexibility to work around school hours, with the option to work 4 or 5 days a week for 4 or 5 hours per day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone/email.
• Assist with sales inquiries, process orders, and handle customer queries and complaints.
• Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
• Support the office team with general clerical duties as needed.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and merchandising.
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including updating social media and website content.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office and showroom areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in office administration, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Xero Accounting package, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work around school hours, with availability to work 4 or 5 days a week for 4 or 5 hours per day.
