Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. The Planner position is responsible for planning and scheduling preventative maintenance offshore on a 3:3 roster.
- Review SAP for approved notifications, create, plan and schedule work orders for P1 & P2’s.
- Ensure the integrity of the SAP Maintenance system.
- Maintain, contribute and progress workflow in maintenance management systems and databases.
- Conduct site inspections/surveys to determine the scope of work.
- Populate the work order with the tasks, discipline hours, materials, Work instructions and other services required to execute the work,
- Create, maintain and closeout work pack documentation for execution,
- Develop, link and maintain work instructions documentation,
- Reserve all stock materials, identify part numbers and all information required for the purchase of non-stock items,
- Progress work orders to ‘PLAN’ (Ready to execute),
- Liaise with discipline planners for specialist requirements/information,
- Actively participate in daily update and progress meetings,
- Take feedback/AAR on the work at the completion of the job and improve information for future work,
- Initiate MOC process to continuously improve task lists, materials and resource provisions by capturing actual work and changes feedback by Supervisor/Technicians,
- Provide pro-active, constructive and innovate input which will enhance present practices,
- Actively pursue personal development and improvement.

- Practically implement the continuous improvement and lessons learned programs on a Contract-wide basis.
- Assists to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with back-to-back to ensure continuous presence of the role onboard.

What you will bring
- Relevant Trade or Engineering Qualification
- Extensive working knowledge and experience with SAP PM or other CMMS Systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels.
