We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Offshore Rig field services personnel with extensive technical and drafting experience to join our team. The individual will be responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and safety of offshore drilling rigs. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation disciplines and CAD drawing experience along with the ability to work efficiently in challenging offshore environments.
Qualifications & experience
- A technical degree, diploma, or certification in a relevant field is preferred. Previous experience working on offshore drilling rigs or in a similar environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation systems. Experience using AutoCAD, Fusion 360, and SolidWorks.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Carry out the installation, operation & maintenance of solids control and drilling waste management equipment. Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, & instrumentation issues during drilling operations. Utilize CAD software to generate Process Flow Diagrams, P&ID. Carry out rig surveys.
