ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an On Call Support Worker highly competent in responding to and supporting staff and carers during critical incidents in CASPA's Out Of Home Care services. Based in the Mid North Coast NSW, the Casual role requires flexible availability across all hours on an as-need basis to ensure optimal outcomes for children, young people, and their families during times of crisis.

Key Responsibilities
- First response to crisis in person and by phone.
- Attend incidents across CASPA suite of programs as required for support
- Assist carers and workers support through incidents following all protocol for Wellbeing and Critical Incident
- Support carers and workers with CASPA Policy and Procedure after hours
- Documentation including entering information on client management system
- Administration and reporting needs for the After-Hours Support team.
- Coordinate and lead search for CYP if they have absconded – liaise with the Police as key contact and various external stakeholders
