About the Opportunities:
We are currently offering a great opportunity for an experienced and driven merchandise On Road Sales professional to join our team in Geraldton. The focus of your role will be to develop strong customer relationships in this mixed agricultural region. In addition, you will:
• Working both in store and on the road, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing base of customers in the Geraldton region across the rural segment.
• Driving new business to increase sales revenue.
• Be the primary contact for clients regarding product pricing, logistics and availability.
• Proactively timely customer service and resolve customer issues.
What we’ll love about you:
To be successful, you must demonstrate previous success in a similar sales or business development role In addition, you will demonstrate:
• Ability to develop solid and long-term customer relationships.
• Adaptable with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Commercial aptitude.
• Current driver’s license.
• Forklift licence or willing to obtain.
• Experience with the Microsoft suite & the ability to learn new systems quickly.
