On Road Service Technician

Access Services Group, part of Access Group Australia, is a major provider to the Australian sales and rental equipment industry, providing service, sales, and support.

We specialise in the maintenance and repair of all types of equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, lighting towers and generators supplied by world leading brands such as Genie, JLG, Merlo and Globe Power.

You will be part of a fast-growing team of 'renowned super techs' supporting our 'ultimate customer experience' by helping with regular maintenance service and emergency onsite service to our fleet.

Our Access Services Brisbane team is seeking a hardworking, reliable and motivated On-Road Service Technician as a full-time permanent role.

You will be responsible for servicing of leading range of equipment in our Brisbane Workshop, as well as servicing equipment onsite.

• Deliver timely response to emergency breakdowns.
• Liaise with our customers on-site.
• Maintain and adhere to safety standards and Zero harm focus.
• Provide a professional approach to mechanical solutions and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure timely mechanical repairs and fault findings.
• Raise initiatives in our employee initiative program, we value your input to making our processes, streamlines, or improved, with your industry knowledge and every quarter acknowledge one winner in the employee rewards program.

The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have;

• Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Preferably with similar working experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Mechanical Fitter.
• Current and valid Driver's License
• OHS Construction Card (White card preferred)
• Elevated Work Platform license (highly desirable)
• Experience working with Diesel Engines and Hydraulic equipment.
• Experienced in servicing, periodical inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs to equipment including, but not limited to Elevated Work Platforms - Lighting Towers and Telehandlers
