On Site Building & Construction Manager- St George Region NSW
Permanent Full Time Position.
About the opportunity-
- Working with customer pre, during and post project.
- Managing staff and contractors On Site.
- Liaising with internal parties and the clients in a professional manner.
- Oversee successful execution of project and all elements contained within.
- Tracking labour and all costs ensuring budgets and adhered too.
Qualifications and skills required-
- Must have a min, of 2-3 years' experience in project management capacity (desired but not necessary)
- Must know how to read & follow plans.
- Must understand technical communications.
- Project control & scheduling.
- Team Management & leadership skills.
- Building Code Knowledge.
- Needs to know how to use software programs.
- Construction Estimating.
- Must have current NSW driver's license.
- White Card, MR License, Forklift License (desired but not necessary)
